Women in rural Betul carry enormous responsibility yet often have the least access to income, information and decision-making. Supporting women with skills and opportunities lifts entire households out of hardship.

Self-help groups (SHGs) / स्वयं सहायता समूह
We help women form savings groups that pool small amounts, give members access to micro-loans, and build the confidence that comes from managing money together.

Skill and enterprise training / कौशल व उद्यम प्रशिक्षण
From tailoring and food processing to handicrafts and organic produce, we connect women with practical skills and small-business know-how to earn independently.
